Hi all this is my first post here. I mostly work on small engines especially Simplicity products. This last weekend I bought a (porta power) hand pump hydraulic unit. All I can find on the web is advertisements no real info. It pushes the piston for the cylinder out but the only way I can get it back in is with a bar clamp. Don't know if it has a problem or I am missing something. 
it is the green one that is in question. It has the standard screw in and out relief valve. It is a U-400 model. Anyone with insight let me know thanks.
