Vintage 'racing logo'd tool box ID?

My grandfather had a pair of these- he passed young in '80 and I have no idea where they went.. but the image brings back good memories. Who made them, and when- anyone remember?

They were made by Park, if I recall correctly. Well before my time, but I've seen them, and, yes, the graphic is quite cool.

They were sold by a number of companies. My first toolbox was one of those, I think it came from JC Penney. I got it for Christmas around 1970.

I got one just like it from my aunt and uncle the Christmas after my 16th birthday. For many years it held all of my tools.

I still have it. It's full of tools with sentimental value that I don't have a use for but will never get rid of.

I remember those boxes from back in the 70s. The picture reminds me of the Dodge Super Bee logo.
