Well I'll be the first to say awesome collection. Haven't even seen the 1/2" yet.

That International Forge is a tough one to find, I've only see a couple.

Thanks 3bay, I only collect 1/4 & 3/8 drive ratchets.

I can't seem to find any information on the International Forge Company, Alloy Artifacts didn't have anything on them.

By the looks of the ratchet, I thought maybe it was a division of Western Forge because it's similar to the old pear head Craftsman ratchets.

It wouldn't have anything to do with Western Forge, but it was made by Moore Drop Forgings like its Craftsman twin.

I'll second what lbgradwell said that Moore must have made that. That, Craftsman, and the Metcoid ratchet. I can't think of anything else that looks like those three.

Yes d.mc the International Forge ratchet was a recent e-bay purchase.

As to why not 1/2" drive Ben, it's a matter of space and money. The things I collect are encroaching on the things I use. In addition to vintage tools, I also collect vintage advertising, which is currently taking up most of my time & money.

im looking for a 1/4" like these. I've done got 3/8 1/2 ratchets and breaker bars. Only seen one 1/4 for sale in like5 years.
