Hey guys. I found these today at a flea market. Although I'm not familiar with Fleet I am familiar with the Plomb WF. Let me know what you think.

Good tools, and Proto should still warranty that Fleet ratchet if anything ever goes wrong with it. Great buy!

Nice smooth ratchets that are kinda fat but still useable in places where access isnt an issue.
The Fleet is in my opinion better than Proto versions of the same because its adjustable for wear.

I have one of those 1661 ratchets made by Penens - same unit but with a different name. For as few teeth as it has inside it runs very smoothly. Very nice unit.
