Vintage (restored) Morgan Vises

In the lull between drill press restorations, my father down in Tucson took it upon himself to restore a pair of Morgan Chicago vises he came across. Offered up to GJ members since he needs to make room (another vise is in the works and a couple of presses) in the shop.

We have a Morgan Chicago #35 (fixed base) and a Morgan #87 swivel base, combo. vise with intact and original pipe jaws in excellent condition.

Both are 3.5" jaws and have been torn down, blasted, re-painted and buffed to better than new shape. Jaws on the #87 are not painted, they are blued.

Asking prices, shipped to the lower 48:

Morgan #35: $200 (SOLD)
Morgan #87: $225 (SOLD)

Can ship elsewhere for increased cost, how much of course depends on where, feel free to inquire.

Those are beautiful. You might want to include the weight and the overall dimensions, as well.

This helps folks to get an idea of the size of these. Size of them is hard to get a handle on, just from the photos.

That info also helps folks determine (on their own) about what it would cost for the shipping.
