I would like to post it here somewhere (19 images) for y'all (that's Southern for "you all" ;)) to enjoy but being a noob, I need to know the best place to post it.

Help me......:eyecrazy:

Epstein might have some laying around that could be scanned.

Brings back some memories. It was nice cruising the shelves at my old buddies NAPA and putting my filthy hands on SK and KD tools.IN PERSON ! REALLY !
Sign the clipboard with the part number, walk out with the stuff and come back on payday(or when the side job was completed).
Fuhghettabouditt today.

Downloaded to my desktop with thanks to JMLangford and LG for their efforts.

P.S. I don't think I'd heard of Symington (Wayne) before today. SK, Sherman-Klove, Wayne, yes, but not Symington.

Enjoyed the SK Wayne catalog. Working on authenticating several of the sets and the info is great. Any links to older SK catalogs? Tried the Tool Archives and can't get registered. Bummer. Have sets fom the 30s thru 70s so any catalogs would be great.

I'm trying to find alternate SK Wayne catalogs. I'm trying to trace their changes in their lineup over the course of Wayne involvement. I have SK Wayne wrenches that aren't listed in the catalog I can find.

Post them up. I have 2 Wayne era cats. I am curious what wrenches you are talking about as SK didn't make alot of wrenches during this era.

Looking for the following Plomb Pebbles Wrench 3061

I think they either dropped these two from the lineup prior to 65 or else introduced them after. The 65 cat shows a ten piece set and ten individuals. These two aren't represented. However, the set illustrations don't show numbers so I don't know that the set was a compilation of the ten listed individuals.

I have a couple other of these DOE's. I don't think they are either rare or valuable. But, since I have the beginnings, I was trying to conjure and build a set without size repetition. Using the ones I already have, I could never figure out how they made non repetitive sets. I'm getting a sliver of insight now.

Maybe Roy's catalogs can widen that vision.

EDIT: I posted this before I realized Don posted the link to the '64 catalog. They don't show up there either. Thanks Don.

Talking about( vintage) american printed tool catalogs: it is impossible to obtain toolcatalogs from American manufacturers, here in Europe (France): only Snap On and Ridgid would send me theirs. The others won't, even when I like to pay P&P. Antique booksellers ask prices I can't afford as a pensionado. I want MAC,Plomb,Cornwell,Matco,C-Man,Proto,Williams,SK (Wayne),Herbrand,Thorsen, to start with.Who is able to help? Tnx,Johan
