Vintage schick tools

Sorry I'm new above is some tools I acquired in a 20 dollar pawn shop tool box yesterday and having some issues figuring out what they are for..........they are aluminum and I have seen the old alligator pipe wrenches that schick used to make but never hand wrenches or clamps.....anyone know what these were used or designed for
