Vintage sk 1/4 drive socket missing USA stamp?

I thought it was kinda of interesting that the two pieces were missing the USA stamp not trying to start anything just thought it was worth a post about.

Probably missed that part of stamping for some reason because I have never seen SK hard line of the era not made in Ohio or Chicago later on some France items but plainly looked totally different in every way.

I have an old cracked SK 1/4'' drive 7/16'' socket and it has no country stamp. Probably because back then everything was made here.

That is exactly why no stamp... Nearly al the tools being sold at that time were US made. Those that werent had a stamp from the country of origin.

Well I'm USA made, and I don't have a country stamp....that I know of, anyway.:lol_hitti
