Vintage SK tool boxes.

Does any one know how good vintage SK top boxes are? There is a huge range of quality of the older boxes and I have never seen an SK in person. I know the old Mac tool boxes I have seen were made well and of course snap-on etc. But no idea on the SKs.

Like most, S-K didn't make their own boxes. Those S-K boxes I've seen were as good as the other mid-line Proto, et al.

I'd rate them as one step below MAC, Matco, Snap-on. That means they'd be plenty good for non-commercial use.
