Selling three pieces of vintage Snap-On boxes ready for your restoration and to sit next to your 1950’s Hot-Rod!
There’s some dings here and there and the whole thing has been repainted a darker red than original Snap-On reddish/orange it has some drips in the finish.
Top box is a KRA-56, intermediate box is a KRA-420 and the roller Bottom is a K77 from my research. The bottom has the prybar holder and fold out side tray included along with a brand new Master Lock.
The KRA-420 is the rare piece of the bunch here, it has the newer chrome logo as the other two pieces do along with the chrome handles too. Both locks are drilled out on this unit and the draws have a lil bit of slop in the sliders where the bottom draw catches the cabinet. This is the only piece that I can read the model and serial number along with the year of 56. I’ve seen other KRA420’s from 56 have the same handles but the different logo badge. This one’s serial number is 5602, is it the second one of this style in ‘56? Not sure myself.
The top box has a working lock along with a key. All draws pull out smoothly empty but I have never loaded the box down with weight as I know I need a bigger Snap-On box for all of my goods
