Vintage Snap-On Claw Hammer BC-16

I picked this up last week at an estate sale. Just wondering if anyone knows it's history because I just sold it for 50x what I paid for it to my surprise. So just made me curious as to why someone would want it that bad. Thanks and I am new to forum but am a lover of all things tools.

Sssh. My Snap On toolbox won't allow any claw hammers to sleep in there. All the Estwings are hanging across the shop. If I had one of these, then that wouldn't be the case.
