Vintage Snap-On KR-56

Hello everyone, I’m new to Garage Journal. I have a question for you all. I have the opportunity’s to pick up this Snap-On KR-56 top Chest that looks to be in excellent shape and I can snag it for $350 Canadian. Is that a decent price for a vintage box? I don’t know much about the old boxes. I’m looking at this or a newer Snap-On KRA2055.

No expert, but from this distance, looks to have been repainted.

This is one of the most common vintage Snap On boxes around. I see them in similar condition around here for about $150 USD and typically they sit forever.

That said, if you want a box that is built like a tank this is a good choice if you can get the price down another 100 bucks.

Nice box, but definitely a repaint. I'd keep looking personally, but it depends what you want. Regardless, that box is overpriced IMO
