Vintage Snap On Nut Spinner Set questions

Hello,

I purchased this set at an estate sale and can't find any information on it. From what I can tell it is a 13 piece nut spinner set. It seems complete with the case. All of the pieces have some rust on them but everything is still functional. I have attempted to clean it or remove any of the rust.

My question is does anyone know what year this was manufactured and what is the approximate value? I have not been able to find any pictures of a similar set on the internet.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

These nut spinner sets typically came with a breaker bar rather than a sliding t. Looks like around 1930. I see them on ebay for around 100$
