so i just so happened to be browsing ebay for snap on tools that were ending soon from auction. i came across what appears to be a vintage snap on torque tester part #TBT600 with no reserve price. after a few beers and a couple shots of whiskey i regrettingly placed a bid. suprisingly i won at a mere $10. only problem is i cannot find any information on the item. i know its missing something but not sure of what. it does power up and the selector dials seem to work just fine. even though it is probably worthless, I'd like to know more about it. it would make a cool vintage garage decoration at the least. can anyone help me out?
