Vintage Snappy torqometer

Ran across an old (80s?) Snap on Torqometer. Gold label precision unit #TEPXXFUA.

i have a number of these dial type wrenches (not the precision line) and like them, but doing a search for this unit turns up little to no information.

Anyone familiar with these? Source for info? Years made, accuracy, worth a premium, etc?
