Vintage Stewart Warner Vacuum "WHAT IS IT"? Thread

So.. In the bottom of a mixed box of various parts and pieces obtained from a Vanderbrink Auction in Wisconsin a couple months ago of a '32 Ford collector/restorer--I ended up with this...

I cannot figure out exactly what its original design intentions were for when assembled. It's put together so nicely, it appears to have been a test set of some sort for vacuum gauges and other vacuum operated items possibly? There is unfortunately nothing written on the paper tag affixed to the back. All the brackets are stamped "Stewart Warner" in the old script and all components are Stewart Warner.

I'm just looking for any information on what this may be for unless it is in fact a very well designed and thought out vacuum tester made by the prior owner. Feel free to post in the thread or PM me if you know.. Its ultimately destined to be sold unless I can determine a personal use for it (aside from cleaning it up and displaying it).
Thanks GJ'ers.

Stewart-Warner manufactured vacuum tanks (a precursor to modern fuel pumps) up until about 1930. Although I have never seen anything like this, it may be a diagnostic tool related to vacuum tanks. Zeke

Thanks Zeke.. I was beginning to think it was possibly something like that--but no way of telling currently.. Looking for another example from SW or another manufacturer still..
