Vintage tool box ID?

Can anyone help identify this vintage tool box please? I saved it from the dumpster yesterday (free) and want to clean, paint and put to use. It looks bad, but is fully functional. The original blue paint is covered in what I believe to be latex house paint. I did not see a date code or manufacturer's stamp during a quick look over. I do not think it is a Craftsman and would like to identify it before I restore it.

Thanks again.

Looks a whole lot like my old Huot I have, the blue color especially.

+1, Is it just me or can you kind of see the ghosting of the Huot sticker?

Definitely can, completely missed it the first time through. I can get you more pictures tonight if you'd like them. Also, with you being from MN it makes it all the more likely as that's where they're from.... I believe.

Wow, thanks guys! I had never heard of Huot until just now, and it is made in Minnesota. Any guess to what year it is?

Mr. Huot himself has posted here a few times. They don't make toolboxes for general sale anymore but their drill indexes are still pretty popular.
