Vintage Tool box (Matco?)

Hey everyone, I picked up this vintage box and I was told it is a match box. It has a Matco sticker, but I don’t see a model number and I thought if it were a Matco box it would have the traditional handles marked “Matco”. Either way it seems to be built well so I’m not disappointed for the price I paid. Is this box actually a Matco and if so what model is it?

Mac and Matco boxes of that time period were very similar. It appears yours is the predecessor to the Mac MB206, but I don't know what the model number would be. I think the model number is stamped on the back somewhere. If I am wrong someone will chime in with the right answer.
