Can anyone ID this tool. looks like it might be a valve spring tool??

SCH: welcome to the forum. just a little warning when posting tools that look like that you'll get comments from members mentioning a weed puller to a nose picker.

i don't know what you have there, but it looks like it had a purpose and i wanted to welcome you to the forum and hope you stick around cause if you are finding or buying tools like that you might know a thing or two about others we don't have a clue about.

May be it's something for spreading tyres, like the snap on TSP813?
