Hi Folks:
Can anyone help to ID this valve seat cutter. I am most interested in the maker and approximate year of production. It came out of my Grandfathers 50's - 60's era auto garage. I have seen similar tools on line labeled as Souix or Neway. The outside of the box is rusted and has no markings on it. Here are some points that might help;
- the cutters are marked C&R Egin, Cedar Rapids, IA
- the dial indicator is made by starrett
- there is a second set of pilot shafts under the top set

Thanks for any help!
