The first thing I'd do is to wash them off, so you can see what's written on them. Then Google that info and do an image search. Click on any that are similar and see what you learn. It is also helpful if you post photos of those details, so we have more to go by.

That said, the second is a bar clamp. The screw end is stationary at one end of the bar and the other end can be slid into position and cams into place.

The first thing looks suspiciously like some sort of benchtop saw set. I hope it is!

Yeah, the pics are from a guy who took them 100 miles from where he and I are. He's not done this before. thanks for the information.
