Found this cast iron tool in a barrel on my Uncle's farm. No markings on it. Looks to be some sort of pipe cutting device, but I'd like your input as to a time period I can attach to it and a possible manufacturer or maker if it was hand made. It is very solid and heavy. The "V" notch most likely help the pipe while it was turned and the cutting wheel was brought against the pipe by the screw which moved the wheel inside the block of iron holding it.
