Vintage Tool Product Placement

I happened to hear an old radio show yesterday with a vintage tool product reference. In an episode of "Broadway Is My Beat" one of the characters, Sgt. Gino Tartaglia, refers to using his new Proto tools to restore a desk fan from the office. The episode, "the John Dobson Murder Case," would have aired sometime in 1952 I believe.
