trying to figure out the age of my snapon box, the small sockets and breaker bar are 5/16 instead of 1/4. never seen one like this. locking top and sliding shelf.

Nice, it is a K-65. Prewar, 39-41. I have one also, I keep my 9/32" tools in it.

K65 circa 1939. That is a very early one, the decal is the Oval one on the front. Nice find.

Is there a higher resolution image of this page about the midget series? I inherited a large amount of my uncle's tools who inherited them from his father. A great many look very familiar including the toolbox so wondering if I don't have most of its contents scattered about in the mix.
