Old farm equipment hanging on the brick wall out back. And an old bucket where the waterfalls into the coy pond. its nice having the cool tools out.for.display instead of being hidden away.

I just hate it when I see an otherwise functional tool screwed to a wall, like at cracker barrel.

I like the coat rack idea of bending wrenches.... but hate that someone would do it to a perfectly good one. Maybe I'll keep those out of spec or owner modified ones for that purpose...

YES!!!! The Cracker Barrel near where I lived in New Jersey had a really nice Johnson 5hp outboard motor from the 50's up on the wall. I used to sit there and think of a way to abscond with it. Of course, after an all- white flour meal at Cracker Barrel, you sort of lose all motivation.

the wife uses some of my vintage woodworking planes, a brace/bits, and an old level as table decorations.

the tools belonged to my dad, from the stories i heard he got them sometime in the late 40's/early 50's.

i rememeber seeing them around the their house as for long as i can remember.

i've picked up a couple of old handmade carpenters carry boxes for her as well.
