I recently picked up an older Walker 935 Series D 8 ton bottle jack from a garage sale. am not sure of the age but judging from the looks it is pretty old. It appears to be low on oil as the ram only comes out a few inches. Initially I needed to push very hard to get the ram to go back down, but on subsequent tries it was easier. I'll go to the auto store and get more hydraulic jack oil.

Unfortunately it did not come with a handle. I can probably scrounge a used handle or make one. But does anyone know how long the handle should be?

As you can also see, the pin that prevents the handle from going in too far is partially out and bent. I may be able to extract it and straighten it. I presume spare parts for this model (other than rebuild kits) are pretty hard to find?

It would have been nice to get the handle with it, but for $5 I cannot complain.

Thanks
