It looks like a model 900, which has a 15" swing (means you can drill to the center of a 15" round piece.) This one has a slow speed pulley, which is used to slow the spindle speeds down for metal work. From the pics I can't tell much about the motor, but it looks to be of the same age as the press. I don't see a serial number, so I can't give you an exact year, but those were common around the second World War. I have one from 1940. It is a good drill, maybe a little fussy with belts and such, but not bad.
This one looks pretty complete, with the depth adjuster nuts and spindle cap. It doesn't look like it has the dreaded arc of shame on the table, which is good. The motor belt (the rear one) looks pretty bad, so I wouldn't start it with that on. But it is only a tabletop press, most people want floor models. What does the plate on the motor look like, and what does the power switch look like? Around here (Oregon) I would ask $150 and be willing to go $100. Assuming it works. But it might take a while to find the right buyer.
