I am new to posting so any help is appreciated. I've inherited my late dad's tools. Any info on vintage Wardmaster saws is appreciated. In particular, hack saws.

Welcome to the GJ forum. Like Sears, Montgomery Ward's branded tools in their name. Ward's contracted with numerous tool makers over the years and most were good American made tools.
Unfortunately, there is not a lot of good information on Ward's tools out there. The most popular tools (and easiest to identify the makers) are the tool boxes and mechanic's hand tools. Saws and power tools are not bad tools but are not popular collectibles, so even one of the most definitive resources - Alloy Artifacts - has no information on them.
I bought this Monkey Ward compressor 4 years ago and it's been a great compressor. It is a 220 Volt machine. The logo's are small, but if you look hard you can see them on both the front and back. Like RileySan said, they got their tools from good, American made sources and rebranded them. This compressor is a Melben, which later changed it's name to, or was acquired by, Campbell Hausfeld.
