Vintage welder ID? Steen-Dyer

This popped up locally and piqued my interest, google gives me nothing at all but even incomplete it looks like a hefty old spot welder to me. Obviously pre war.

A product of the midwest and interesting to look at, I wouldnt pay more than a pittance for it but it might loom cool enough to stick in a corner somewhere.

ha! So is the dead firefly in your second photo.

Somehow that seems like an appropriate insect to come with that tool.
