Vintage wrenches help

I am completely in the dark when it comes to vintage tools but these are some I'm looking at. This guy has several tools that I'm interested in but he wants more for these than everything else. Does anyone know what they are and what they might be worth?

Value I am thinking a few dollars per wrench, something nice to put on your man cave wall.

Just a guess but they might be for threaded hubs on cars with wire wheels that don't use knock offs.
