Opinions? I’m talking about the ones that are similar to the Klein’s with the black rubber handles. Some brands that made them in that style were channellock,craftsman, southwire, greenlee, Stanley, Armstrong and DeWalt. Did I miss any?

I focus more on the fit of the business end rather than the handles but one problem with the rubber overgrips is that they can loosen and twist over time.
The fit is much more important. I have some Klein slotted and Phillips and they are a pretty good fit. I'm not sure about the fit of the other brands that look similar. I've probably used a few of the other brands but don't remember.

Ideal is another one. They are made in the USA. I'm sure there are others made in USA or China/Taiwan.

Crescent were quite common. Irwin too. Even Snap On had them.

The handle shape was a little different but husky had some with rubber grip over red plastic. One of the last styles they had made in USA.

I love my Enderes 6 in 1 cushion grip.
I own multiple of this style. Dewalt, Klein & Greenlee.. Klein was by far the best feel of them. Then I got the rubber covered Tekton set & everything else just feels mundane compared to them. The triangleish grip I thought was weird, but now I love em.

Klein screwdrivers are the most underrated tools in the world. Nobody talks about them, but they are just fantastic.

The one issue I have with the Klein vinyl cushion grip or the Dewalt vinyl cushion grip is the handle style in that it will roll if you set it down. There is no anti-roll feature because it's just a round handle.
That same round shape that makes them roll when you sit them down is the same round shape that allows you to get the screw spinning real fast.

The Klein screwdrivers have been a top seller on Amazon for years so they seem to have a broad popularity in addition to popularity among electricians. They may be "underrated" here on this forum.
The most popular on Amazon is the 11 in 1 but I don't think it's their best. The bits fall out too easily. I prefer the 5 in 1 for this reason. I have their fixed drivers as well and I like them a lot but mine are older. They've changed the tips on the new ones. Haven't tried the new ones.
Klein could have easily made flat spots on the ferrule without affecting the function. I'm not sure why they made decorative notches instead. You could take it to a belt sander for 30 seconds if you really wanted it. I vaguely recall seeing an easy "hack" to prevent screwdriver from rolling but don't remember it. It was something simple like adding a rubber band or zip tie.

Yes while that may be true, I have a Vessel 220W-3 with interchangeable bits that has knurling and a round/ball-grip handle that has anti-roll (two depressions to prevent rolling around on top/bottom of the handle). It also seems to fit better into screws than either Klein or Dewalt vinyl grip screwdrivers. If I set down the Vessel it will stop rolling but the Klein or Dewalt's will just roll off.
Most of those Klein screwdrivers are stored in an electrician's pouch anyway. Those electricians seem to be real good at picking out screwdrivers that save them time and effort.
My Klein cushion grips are the nicest screwdrivers I ever owned. Admittedly, there are many brands I've never used so I'm not comparing. I liked the price at the time and haven't had a single disappointment in them other than sometimes I wish I had more sizes.
