Armstrong (and others I am sure) make a seam glue. I personally haven't had great luck once they start coming up but if you can get it early and get it glued it should hold for a while. My experience is the biggest cause is too much moisture, generally from cleaning that causes the problem (assuming it was installed correctly).
I am not an expert vinyl installer. I was trained on real Linoleum and welded vinyl and the biggest cause of issues with those was also moisture. I have done very little of the residential type vinyl flooring.
