Other than cost, any downside to solid vinyl type tiles? I am looking at Tuff-Seal and Flexi-Tile. Any comments or observations would be greatly appreciated! Dr.K.

The biggest consideration (besides cost) is if you have any moisture issues in your garage. Though the tiles are moisture and mildew resistant, moisture can still cause issues with PVC tiles since they don't have much room to breath. Pets can stain them as well.

not related to any particular brand but the softer surface the greater the expansion and under heavy loads could buckle up ( like when you roll something heavy on carpet you start a wave)
