Ok guys my concrete was poured on sept 15 here in Albuquerque NM. If a curing compound was used what do I need to do to prep for epoxy? if anything? If it was not used what do I need to do? And I know this has been asked before but.... what brand does everyone like? Thanks

Virgin or whored out, you still need to diamond grind or shot blast, regardless if it has a curing agent, sealer or what have you.

Asking what brand everyone likes is a loaded question. Ofcourse DIY'ers will claim what they used 1 time works. The sellers of products will claim theirs is the best.

There is no best. DO some research and make an informed decision

My epoxy stuck fine with a prep wash of HCL (pool acid), then neutralized with a bath of baking soda, a good wash and complete dry. My floor was polished (and I mean buffed to a sheen) when poured. In Albuquerque, it ought to dry out pretty quick and very well due to the low humidity. I applied a two part epoxy paint that has held fast going on 12 years now.
