I have a virgin garage floor in our new house and was looking for a product to seal it with. I'm open to recommendations and purchasing from a vendor on this site. It is a 3 car garage (one tandem stall, looks more like a 2.5 car garage) so roughly 550 sf.

Would also like to seal our driveway as well with the same product if possible (another 400sf or so). I will have exact numbers next week.

"Seal" is vague. How are you using the space and what are your expectations? That said SilaxSeal works great on exterior concrete.

Hi
Please contact us via phone or email [email protected] as we have a wide variety of coatings and sealers available.

For garages, our two most popular products are our www.armorcladepoxy.com or our SPGX single coat coating. Outdoors we have numerous products. Best to give us a ring so we can review options. Thanks!

I used this for my shop floor. I fabricate (grind weld etc) and I am ok with the bare concrete look. 5 gallons for $80, shipped right to your door.

Eagle Natural Seal is a penetrating silicone sealer for your concrete. Eagle Natural Seal protects concrete from salts, freeze/thaw, chemicals and other elements. A combination of deep penetrating Silane and surface protecting Siloxane barriers. Your concrete will bead water and look dry even when wet.

Light use, no welding, typical vehicle maintenance. We'll be in an area that sees snow, so protection from salt would be nice.

As far as looks, looking for a clear sealer.

We have 3 or 4 options.
Everything from a penetrating water/oil resistant sealer to our Nohr-S High Performance Sealer (in kit form).

Let us know if we can help you further.
