Reed 406 Vise was Vise ID assistance requested

I just picked up this vise. The jaws measure 6" There are no markings on the vise. Research makes me think it is a Reed 406. Can anyone confirm this? I have not been able to remove the pin from the swivel jaw yet, but the rest of the vise seems to be in very good shape.

I paid $300. Found it on CL where it was listed as a large antique bench vise. Seller was originally asking $500. Was the first large vise I found within driving distance at what I thought was a reasonable price. Seller included the stand made from the semi rim. Vise weighs 167 lbs

Cleaned up and back in service. A couple notes on the jaws. One, I suspect they are the same as on late 4C vise. Two, the jaws on this vise are reversible and are smooth on the opposite side. That is why the hole for the middle pin on the jaw is a through hole.
