Vise ID Help

Hey guys. Was hoping someone could hook me up with a model number on this wilton vice? I'd like to restore it a bit since things are a bit "loose". Its a 5" with 6" opening. Thats all I know about it. This is the only pic I have of it right now and I'll try and get more later.

Looks like a low end Wilton.

There is a number stamped into the side of the moving jaw. Also pull the slide all the way out and check the bottom/insides.
