Vise id please

It says made in USA on it. But the guy is at work and can't remember the name.

Does it look old. I think so. Any ideas of what brand it is. Thanks.

Cal: looks like an older drill press, mill or lathe vise. if you save the picture and blow it up there is a name on it or maybe it just says MADE IN USA, but my old eyes can't see it.

how much is he asking? i like the style and the handle has that old style knob on it.

I like the way it has the kinda pointy, cat ear looking thing back by the handle. I wonder if that's what they call the art deco thing,,,lol.

Could be a shaper vise. They're built heavier than most any other and with real beef front-to-rear, as the shaper ram force is all in that plane.

I found out it came off of a Bridgeport.

It will cover my whole table on my drill press. It might be too big.

I'm picking it up today. If I can't use it my buddy has a Bridgeport. Might be able to talk him into trading me something I can use.

Still like to find out what brand it is. Owner says no name one it. Just "Made in the USA" which we like and some numbers. Any clues with out the numbers. I'll post pics when I get it home.
