Vise ID?

I picked up this little fella today to resell but I can not make out who the manufacturer is. What is left of the label looks like "The B......... Tool Company" "Bridgeport Conn" and it has what looks to be maybe a G and a C in the middle of the logo? It is a really well built little vise and the jaws are in great shape I just can't figure out who made it.

I think I have figured it out. I believe it to be made by the "Brinks and Cotton MFG corp." in Bridgeport Conn. Apparently they stopped using this logo in the 30's so this little vise is pretty old. Apparently they got bought out by Wilton at some point and they still make them under their name.

Should be able to get it cleaner with dish soap, water & a 1in paint brush with the bristles cut down to about 3/4in

I don't think I am going to worry with cleaning off the logo now that I know who made it. That is a good idea though I will have to do that next time I need to clean something like this.

A lot of companies had that design or had vise's made for them in that pattern. I have a Millers Falls and several others with that same exact casting.
