EG: any one of a number of importers buy them from China and sell them cheap. not worth much, but might make a good welding or beater if you don't own one and it's less than $30. new i think i heard they are about $70, but not sure so do a HF or amazon search.

X2 on being Chicom. Not a bad vise if you get it cheap enough, but don't pay retail.
