Vise Identification Help

Hi, I only have one picture of this vise. Anyone know what it is by chance with that big '3' on the side?

It's a swivel base also.

Asian import. I'd pass; if you do go for it, keep it cheap. (Hamburger cheap)

ps" the "3" is for 3" wide jaws generally...
