Might anyone know what model vise this is? These are the only photos I was given, and am trying to determine if it's even US-made before I make a drive.

+1 on the Chinese.

I'll give the Chinese one thing, they make up for their crappy vise quality by adding lots more cast iron than should be normal to do the same work. The result is a big BEEFY looking vise. Just means when it cracks, you will have to sweat more to move the pieces outside to the garbage can.

Thanks for the quick input - the lack of a machined dynamic arm seems to give it away as well. I'll pass at any price.
