This was given to me by a guy I bought some work benches off of. I think it's a Wilton tradesman but not sure. So any idea what it is? And how do I get it apart? Big *** hammer? Cause I will lol.

PB Blaster has worked for me a couple of times, I've also broken one trying to rush it...
If you can get it freed up, it would need the main screw, the pipe jaws, the horseshoe washer and an end cap to be complete... Might run up a bit of a tab on all of that, but the only necessities are the main screw ($$$) and the horseshoe washer.
I cut a piece of treaded rod just big enough to fit between the jaw towers, run nuts flush to both ends, slide it between the jaw towers and slowly back the nuts out, over many days, weeks...

Ok, there is a tradesman on eBay for 99 cents starting bid, it has the screw with it. Are they the same? The vise on eBay is broke and for parts. I'm in no hurry to use this i have my big bullet and another new Wilton, so taking my time isn't a problem.

The one on eBay is a 746, yours is a 1755, I believe.
I am not sure if they are interchangeable, a Member here name AUTOPTS can probably tell you.
Plus I think he would tell you that the one you have was made in China, otherwise it would have "Made in the USA" cast into it on one side, but I'm not 100% certain of that either.

First, we need to determine the Tradesman model. I can't make out the model number in the photo with any confidence. It could be a 1750, 1755, 1760, or even 1765.
If you measure the width of the jaws that can help confirm the model number.
1750 = 5 inch jaws
1755 = 5.5 inch jaws
etc.
Next we need to date the vise as the replacement parts may vary by date. Usually the date is stamped on the keyway on the bottom of the slide, so you have to separate it to see the date. Don't rush the process.
Lastly, I just sold a 1988 1750 that did not say "Made in the USA", but the quality was so high there is no way that vise was made in China that year.

6" jaws I think it says 1760 on it.
