Vise identification

Can anyone identify this vise.

I saw it yesterday when I was working at an adjoining property and was thinking about trying to by it but I don’t know anything about it

Rock Island or Rock Island made Craftsman? First thing that came to mind but I am wrong an awful lot lately.

I found this little vice laying in the dirt but the owners daughter said that her dad still needed it and it was not for sale

That's a generic Asian import. Good enough for a beater.

That’s what I suspected and it will live outside next to my welding table

I have noticed that most real vises have the name cast in or part numbers cast, or stamped

Actually, both of them are probably generic Asian.
