I see this is entered in the spreadsheet. Figured I'd post this for the weight discrepancy.
Champion (Bonney) 1 3/4" opening, 3" jaws.

Post Office weighs this at 7lb 12.2oz, the bathroom scale is pushing 8 lbs.
I see it advertised as 6 3/4 lbs.
This catalog cut shows the difference between the clamps for the bench.

The rather hefty looking nut is part of the cast.

It's compared with a 2 1/2" jaw vise.

The anvil is marked with 121

It's been painted and that paint refreshed.

Just got this Wilton baby bullet with a raised anvil and a clamp on base. This is model no. 20NA, it has 2” jaws, 2 1/4 opening and weighs in at 5 3/4 lbs.

This is in response to an inquiry from "davethorik" about the Yost Mfg. Co. time frame, with regard to location. His current timeline source was originally from a Yost customer service person, given to a GJ member. So you know that information is probably not correct. Morgan and Wilton customer service reps. aren't any better.

It's just amazing how industrial we was years ago. Engineers get bored and come up with something different and the guys in the shop roll their eyes and perform the magic. This engineer must have liked Rock Islands unless RI built it for them.
