Vise Information (need a little help)

I found someone on Craigslist selling the vise bellow. They don't have any other information besides inheriting it from their sisters father. I can pick it up for $70 which I think is worth it but I have no other information about the vise (brand, where its made, what sort of quality it is). Can anyone shed some light?

I had one of those, with Wilton's name on the side of it. That exact vise is sold under many names. It's a low quality vise and I got rid of it quickly.
