I have a 5 in vise not sure of the brand. I know it came out of a old CSX railroad shop.
the The mounting holes are spaced at a 3in center.

Cant seem to find replacement jaws for it.
My online search is yielding up magnetic soft jaw inserts and new vises.

What sites are you all using?
Does anyone on the forum Make them and if so how much

They are pretty easy to make. Go to McMaster-Carr and buy some bar stock already the correct width and thickness, cut off, and drill your holes. I have made sets from steel, aluminum, brass, copper, and UHMW.

The only Identifier is the I on the side.
Although buying a chunk of stock doesnt sound bad.
I was really wanting the textured part for grip.

Wasnt worried about the broken part was gonna fill it with AC7018 once i had a jaw in there. 20201213_164325.jpg20201213_164340.jpg20201213_164941.jpg
