Vise Restoration Sticky

is there a way to make the Vise Restoration a sticky? Its got lot of valuable info especially for a beginner like me. But hard to find sometimes, especially if using my cell.

if there is a way to combine it and the Vise info thread be even better

One of the reasons for bookmarks, you book mark your favorites and do not make the rest of us wade through a dozen stickies at the top of each page... My opinion.

I'll try bookmark it then. If i subscribe to it do I just notification if someone posts on it? I been on GJ awhile but not real familar with some of the options. Thanks
