472 scout- This old blacksmith set up might be what you are looking for. You could still roll it around and your body works as a counter weight.

That is one sweet vise stand. Manufactured by a company or business, or fabricated by someone?

It was fabbed by someone. I had come arcoss it on a pre 65' traditional hot rod forum that I am on. I really liked the art deco look it had to it.
