Soon for sale:
Early 1950s Record No.3 : oiginal faded paint, nice original jaws (all threaded holes perfect, missing 1 original screw, original swivel base with flip locks, great vise overall).
Can deliver to anywhere from Reno/North Tahoe Truckee to greater San Francisco Bay area. Would like to get $120.
Early 1950s (I believe 1952 warranty date on keyway, can confirm later)Wilton 3" bullet with original swivel base. Excellent overall shape, awesome jaws,no slop, damage or repairs, has 1 minor bend on end of one hold down handle. Wears about 25% of its faded oiginal sage green paint of this era. I am no Wilton expert, so let me know what a fair amount would be for such a specimen without having to ship it. I'm flexible on price for a GJ member , so we can make a fair deal.
Potentially selling an awesome original Patina early Paramo No.6. Great original jaws, all threaded holes perfect, missing an original jaw screw. Has about 20% of its original blue paint and awesome semi flat black original black primer like finish. Original swivel base included....the inner support ring has a hairline crack along one threaded hole. Could be used as is, or fab a new one easy with proper resources. Original handle has minor 3/16 bend to one end near end knob. The vise is perfect mechanically, smooth tight, and can run the big slide out with your pinkie finger. Price to be discussed.
Photos can be sent in a few days to interested members.
Thinning the herd to fund my dream vise.
Warm Regards - Shawn
